I think I am going to mingle things from across the various versions for Mokuba
Kind-hearted, wanting to be somewhat like Yugi, but also doesn't use honorifics by default (though he will if it really bothers people or Kaiba says so -- and in this case, Seth).
I'm also gonna go take the small snippets of the competence we get from him and say he's pretty damn competent, especially with computers, and probably a mid-level duelist.
(Probably learning from Kaiba)
Also he's definitely still got brattish tendencies. He's a Kaiba, he would never *not* be a fucking troll
